Your chance to make a difference — from day oneWe're looking for an Account & Vendor Manager, Employee Benefit Program ready to jump in, take ownership of vendor relationships, and grow alongside a high-performing team with a strong proven track record. ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will drive the growth of CaPS's Employee Benefit Program as a business unit. Your responsibilities include negotiating new vendor contracts, agreeing campaigns with existing vendors, selling the Employee Benefit Program to new customers, and leading independently different kinds of development projects related to the business unit. Who we are looking forWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional who gets things done. We value strong ownership of vendor relationships, sharp negotiation instincts, and the confidence to represent CaPS to senior stakeholders. Successful candidates typically have:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, client relationship management and vendor negotiations. Relevant industry background could include FMCG & Retail, Employee Benefit platforms, Media & Advertising, B2B SaaS Sales, or similar industries involving external partner managementDynamic, results-driven, fast-moving mindsetStrong sales background including outbound sales & negotiation skillsComfortable owning vendor relationships with an understanding of marketing dynamics being a plusIndependent, hands-on project managementConfident representing CaPS to senior stakeholdersExcellent communication skills in Finnish and English (both required).
