Aftersales, Warranty and Workshop Coordinator

Location: Malmö, SwedenEmployment Type: Contract-based with potential to transition to full-timeCompany: Novus Cars Sweden AB About us Novus Cars Sweden AB is a subsidiary of Novus Cars Group OÜ in Estonia. We represent Seres, Skywell and DFSK in the Nordic markets. Through Novus Mobility, we also run a fleet of rental cars. We're looking for a hands-on coordinator to take over and run our aftersales, warranty and workshop operations. Your role You are the single point of contact between our workshops, the OEMs and our own teams. Your job is to keep customer cars and rental cars on the road, get warranty claims paid, and make sure spare parts are in stock. Key responsibilities Workshop & rental fleet coordination Track every car in a workshop: status, parts needed, expected return date.Book repairs, approve quotes and cost estimates, and chase workshops and parts suppliers so rental cars spend as few days off the road as possible.For each repair, decide whether it is warranty, damage/insurance or paid repair, and recover costs from the right party.Keep Novus Mobility updated on when cars will be available again. Warranty Handle warranty claims from start to payment through the OEM systems (DMS/warranty portals), including documentation and follow-up.Be the day-to-day contact for the OEM aftersales teams, including regular aftersales meetings.Keep warranty rules and procedures consistent across our markets. Spare parts Order spare parts, monitor stock and set parts prices, so that parts are available without tying up too much cash.Manage OEM parts agreements, suppliers and logistics. Reporting Send management a weekly report covering cars in workshops, days off the road, open and paid warranty claims, and parts availability.What we're looking for3+ years in automotive aftersales, warranty or workshop coordination.Experience working with OEMs and independent workshops.Comfortable with DMS/ERP systems and Excel.Organised and persistent: you follow up until the issue is closed.Fluent English required. Swedish strongly preferred.You invoice through your own company with F-tax approval (F-skatt), or through an umbrella company.Valid right to work in Sweden.
