We are looking for an AI developer to our gaming client.

Start: ASAP

Length: 6 months with possible extension

Location: Required presence in Stockholm 3 days per week

A dynamic opportunity for an AI Developer who will collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI solutions into production workflows. This role entails being part of a team that partners with R&D, constructing essential tools and pipelines utilized across various development sectors.

The Position

The selected candidate will drive AI projects from conception to production-ready systems, particularly leveraging LLMs such as Claude. Responsibilities include integrating AI into existing infrastructures like Perforce, Jenkins, and Unreal Engine 5, while ensuring reliability for daily operations.

The role combines hands-on engineering with a focus on enabling other developers by providing insights into model capabilities and limitations. It is critical to communicate challenges early and assess project scope, feasibility, and risks. Programming languages focus primarily on Python, with some requirements in C++ and C#.

Examples Of What You Will Work On

An AI-assisted branch integration platform for merge conflict resolution. An automated test and fix-suggestion framework utilizing crash report analysis. Shared AI infrastructure that supports other teams with evaluation and monitoring tools.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with C++ or C#. Proven experience deploying LLM-based systems to production, including prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks. Solid understanding of version control systems, including differences between Perforce and Git. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Good knowledge of procedural failure handling and human review processes. Excellent proficiency in verbal and written English.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in the video game industry and knowledge of UE5 project structures. Jenkins pipeline authoring skills and usage of shared libraries. Expertise in neural networks related to code analysis and natural language processing. Proficiency in user interface/user experience design for professional tools. Experience with model fine-tuning or self-hosting considerations. Data engineering experience, particularly in processing historical development data. Experience in facilitating tool and workflow adoption through various means. A passion for gaming and its development aspects.
