AI native CFO, PE backed Growth Company Altitude Executive Search is looking for a “AI native CFO” for a PE backed Growth Company, located in Helsinki region. The company has about 150 employees. The company has high ambition levels for profitable growth over the coming years. Solid financial position and profitability. The role reports to the CEO and is part of the company Leadership Team. Possibility to become a shareholder in the company.
What does “AI native CFO” mean in this context? Key aspects for this CFO position include the following: · You've been at the forefront of the AI wave and have yourself driven implementations or at least pilots for AI driven ways of working on process/wider level, not just as a personal tool, but seeking for broader business impacts. You look at AI, data and other relevant aspects from a business point of view, not technology as such. You are eager to develop yourself further regarding adapting modern tools and technologies to drive enhanced business performance. You master the basic tools like Excel. However, the AI/data/tools aspect is only one key character of yourself as a modern Finance leader. · You are a business-driven Finance Leader who understands the real-world aspects behind the numbers, and who can work with the operative teams and leaders in the company to support profitable growth. You are a co-pilot to the CEO for example in crafting management systems and KPI’s that deliver focus, clarity and alignment to teams and individuals. · You are people person and a visible character within the organisation. You guide and support the operative teams with ability also for gentle performance management when beneficial. You score high on the trust-creation parameters.
Your background in general: · Most likely you are today a CFO in a scale-up company, or in a senior Business Control / FP&A role in a listed or PE-backed company. However, these are just indicative thoughts. · Experience in leadership teams of a company or at BU/Division level is desirable, as well as experience in preparing materials for leadership teams and possibly to a Board level. · Background in continuous services and especially in project driven business models are highly valued, however, not mandatory. · Personal characteristics: trust, team player, analytical, business minded.
