🚀 We’re Hiring: AI & Technology Enablement Lead We’re looking for an experienced professional to drive AI & technology awareness, adoption, learning and capability development across an organization. A dedicated role of this service will establish a structured and coordinated approach to technology learning and workforce enablement. Enterprise Awareness & AdoptionDevelop and execute a company-wide AI and technology awareness program.Organize webinars, workshops, expert sessions, technology showcases, and learning events.Develop and distribute educational materials, newsletters, learning guides, and best practices.Promote adoption of technologies such as AI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, automation, and analytics. Training & Capability DevelopmentAssess current and future technology skill requirements across the IS organization.Perform skills-gap and training-needs analyses.Build annual learning roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.Coordinate internal learning opportunities and external training programs.Drive professional certifications and career development initiatives. Vendor & External EngagementManage relationships with technology vendors, learning providers, and industry experts.Coordinate vendor-led training sessions and certification programs.Leverage existing vendor partnerships to maximize learning value and minimize costs.Develop and execute a company-wide AI and technology awareness program.Organize webinars, workshops, expert sessions, technology showcases, and learning events.
