Skills And Competencies

Strong understanding of sustainable finance markets and related financial instrumentsDemonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholdersExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional proficiency in English and Swedish; additional Nordic language skills are an advantageStrong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and effectively prioritize tasksHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality analytical workCollaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented cultureBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiencyInterest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

Bachelor's or graduate degree (MBA, Master's) in a relevant field such as environmental science, engineering, social sciences, economics, finance, or international relations, plus substantial related work experience

Lead sustainable finance assessments and market engagement across the Nordic region, providing analytical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic relationship management to support the continued growth of sustainable finance.

Lead the delivery of sustainable finance assessments across the Nordic regionContribute to research and thought leadership on sustainable finance topics and market developmentsEnsure professional, timely, and insightful engagement with clients, demonstrating deep analytical expertise and market knowledgeBuild and manage strategic relationships with Nordic issuers, underwriters, and investorsDevelop and deliver thought leadership on key topics shaping the transition finance landscapeMentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration and managing shared deliverables effectively

About The Team

Our Sustainable Finance Assessments team is responsible for producing assessments on the credentials of sustainable debt instruments and financing frameworks (Second Party Opinions and EU GB external reviews) and the strength of entities’ carbon transition plans. Our role is to support the integrity and clarity of a market that is becoming increasingly complex, covering a growing range of sectors and technologies. By joining our team, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the Nordic and broader EMEA sustainable finance market.
