Your main tasks

Customer Consulting & Software Deployment: Installation and implementation of CAD/CAM software solutions, combined with professional customer consulting and technical support to ensure a first-class customer experience.Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Delivery of engaging product presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing innovative CAD/CAM technologies and best practices to customers.Training & Knowledge Transfer: Planning and execution of customer training sessions, workshops and tailored learning programmes to maximize product adoption and user success.Trade Shows & Industry Events: Representation of OPEN MIND at national and international trade fairs, customer events and industry gatherings to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.

Technical Background: Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering or comparable professional experience.Manufacturing Expertise: Several years of practical experience in manufacturing and CNC programming.CAD/CAM Knowledge: Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems is beneficial but not required.Additional Industry Skills: Experience with hyperMILL or turning applications is considered an advantage.Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.Independent Working Style: Self-motivated personality with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset.Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for modern technologies and innovative solutions.International Mindset: Willingness to travel and enjoy working in an international business environment.Language Skills: Fluent Swedish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
