Art Director

We are looking to expand our team with an Art Director within marketing, design and production. Pointseven is a strategic and creative growth agency working with clients across Sweden and internationally. We are small by design, which means the work and responsibility is real, and what you make matters. Why we need you and what you will be doing:The world our clients are trying to reach is changing fast. Attention is fragmented. AI is reshaping how content gets made and consumed. And the conditions determining what truly connects and resonates with the audiences are constantly changing. Your job is to help our clients cut through with strong ideas, sharp execution and a real understanding of what connects and drives growth. Some weeks that means leading a pitch. Others it means hands-on production. What we are looking for– Strategic and creative instinct. We believe you can move from a client brief to a clear creative direction without needing the answer handed to you– Comfortable shaping creative concepts across different industries and formats– Experience working closely with other disciplines — strategy, design, production– Quick on your feet with iterative work: raw material, feedback, references — you turn it around fast– Full Adobe Creative Suite proficiency– Pitch decks, brand guidelines and moodboards feels like home– Able to contribute across several parallel client projects without dropping pace or quality– A genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing, not as a trend to follow, but as a shift that changes what is possible and how value gets created for clients.– Someone with ish at least 3–5 years experience within marketing, design and production What we offer– A role with real creative responsibility from day one– Projects that span brand, campaign and content for our B2C and B2B clients– A tight, ambitious and warmhearted team that cares about the craft– Direct client contact and meaningful creative input– We work as a hybrid team but with an office at Södermalm where we all meet to make the most of our work How to applySend your CV and portfolio to:info@pointsevenagency.com
