Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 4+ years in software engineering or AI/ML development, with at least 2 years dedicated to Generative AI.AI & Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.Observability Tools: Experience with AI monitoring platforms such as Arize, LangSmith, Phoenix, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.Evaluation Frameworks: Familiarity with evaluation toolkits like Ragas, TruLens, or custom testing frameworks.AI Security & Governance: Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, prompt shielding, and AI gateway tools (like Portkey or LiteLLM).Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, vector databases, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
