Associate / Senior Associate, AI Workflows

Inven builds the end-to-end platform for M&A analysis. Private equity firms, investment banks and M&A advisors use Inven to produce their analysis and deliverables, built on verified private company data and working directly in their Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint files. You will join the AI Workflows team, which designs and builds the workflows behind Inven’s analytical work for top -tier clients. You will work closely with the Head of AI Workflows, the Commercial and Product teams, and directly with clients.

What you will do

Define and build Inven’s standard workflows and client-specific workflows Use AI tools as a core part of daily work to improve speed and quality Plan client workshops and meetings

In the role of a Senior Associate, you will also:

Work with the Head of AI Workflows to plan and shape the overall workflow offering Design and develop the AI PMO process with the Head of AI Workflows and the Commercial team, co-developing workflows with clients in a forward-deployed engineering model As the team grows, take ownership of a larger area or client segment, such as consulting workflows Guide junior team members and review the quality of their workflows

Your qualifications and skills

0 to 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or a comparable analytical role Title (Associate or Senior Associate) depends on experience Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Practical experience with AI tools, such as large language models, in analytical work Structured problem solving and strong attention to detail Ability to manage several requests in parallel and prioritise under time pressure Excellent written and spoken English; Finnish is an advantage University degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field
