Automation Engineers

We are looking for Mid/Senior Automation Engineers to join a team responsible for developing and maintaining digital tools supporting manufacturing processes.The project focuses on SAP process automation using Excel VBA and SAP GUI Scripting, as well as adapting existing tools to the SAP S/4HANA environment.Responsibilities:reverse-engineering, developing and adapting Excel/VBA and SAP GUI Scripting tools for SAP S/4HANA,analysing existing code and business processes,testing solutions and working closely with business users,maintaining and enhancing Excel/VBA, Access, SQL Server and SharePoint solutions,writing and optimizing SQL queries,troubleshooting and implementing enhancements,maintaining SAP GUI-based integrations,documenting changes and solutions,supporting the gradual modernization of legacy tools.Must have:expert-level Excel VBA skills,hands-on experience with SAP GUI Scripting + VBA,experience with .xlsm workbooks, Power Query, named ranges and protected sheets,solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Access,good knowledge of T-SQL and relational databases,understanding of SAP ECC / S/4HANA, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment,strong communication skills and ability to work with business users,self-sufficient and knowledge-sharing mindset.Nice to have:Czech language skills at B1+ level,Git/GitHub experience,Azure knowledge, e.g. Logic Apps, Key Vault, Data Factory,previous experience working together with other candidates joining the project.We offer:start: ASAP,project until the end of 2026 with a possibility of extension,remote cooperation,opportunity to work on an SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
