AXIOM Implementation Consultant

AXIOM Implementation Consultant Seeking an experienced AXIOM Implementation Consultant to support an AxiomSL RegCloud implementation for a leading financial institution. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements, and experience working with data-centric platforms and complex financial products. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business and technology teams, helping define requirements, improve processes, and ensure accurate regulatory reporting through AXIOM solutions. About the Role Work Type: Remote ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ControllerView configurationsSupport the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutionsAnalyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processesPerform data mapping, reconciliation, and data-quality validationSupport regulatory report generation and exception-management processesParticipate in business-process modeling and documentationCollaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teamsEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standardsIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications, such as CBAP, are considered an asset)Experience: 3–5+ years of AxiomSL experience as an Implementation Consultant, Configurator, Business Analyst, or in a related role Required SkillsAxiomSL Expertise: Hands-on experience with ControllerView, data models, metadata management, developing rules, configuring workflows, data mapping, transformation, data lineage, data-quality controls, and reconciliation processesData Management: Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data-quality management, and data reconciliationSkills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience in business-process modeling toolsLanguages: Advanced English proficiency Preferred SkillsIntermediate Spanish proficiencyExperience working within managed cloud environmentsExperience supporting capital markets platforms and regulatory initiatives within highly regulated banking environmentsKnowledge of enterprise data-governance practices
