Experience/Skill Details (in years):Overall experience – +7 yearsRelevant experience – Proven experience managing technology infrastructure transformation projects (enterprise, industrial, manufacturing, or operationally critical environments); demonstrable experience as an IT/OT PM, Infrastructure PM, or Technical PM delivering complex infrastructure modernization/migration/deployment programsMandatory skill required – VMware/Hyper-V/Azure Stack HCI/Azure Local migration project management (planning, execution, cutover, transition); strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, IAM, backup/recovery, cybersecurity controls); cross-functional IT/OT team management; project governance (RAID logs, change control, CAB approvals); vendor/system integrator management; networking concepts (VLANs, DNS, firewalls, network segmentation)Good to have skills – Experience in manufacturing, pharma, life sciences, utilities, energy, FMCG, transport, or defence sectors; delivering projects during planned shutdowns/maintenance windows; knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC, MES, Historians, ICS; OT/ICS cybersecurity programs; IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001 frameworksRequired level of additional language – Not specified in JD (English assumed as working language)
