About This Opportunity

Ericsson is looking for an experienced Brand Campaign Director to help bring its brand platform to life through distinctive, globally relevant campaigns. In this role, you will help ensure consistent brand implementation across the organisation while creating work that strengthens Ericsson’s position and delivers measurable impact.

You will connect brand strategy, audience insight, creative development and market activation in a global, highly matrixed environment. The role involves working closely with agencies, internal specialists, markets and senior stakeholders to guide complex campaigns from initial direction through to implementation.

This could be a good fit for someone with a background in account leadership, project leadership, brand strategy, integrated marketing or a similar field. You do not need to be a hands-on creative, but you should be comfortable setting clear briefs, guiding creative teams, making informed decisions and maintaining strategic direction throughout the process.

What You Will Do

Lead the strategy and planning of large-scale, integrated brand campaigns, from audience and market insight through to positioning, briefing, creative development, launch and market activation. Help translate Ericsson’s brand platform into effective creative expressions across campaigns, touchpoints, markets and areas of the organisation. Lead creative processes in partnership with external agencies and internal specialists by setting direction, providing feedback, managing key decisions and ensuring strategic and creative consistency. Support global and local alignment by creating structures that enable markets and cross-cultural teams to activate the brand consistently while remaining relevant to local audiences. Work across a complex stakeholder environment, building alignment, managing expectations and presenting recommendations and progress to senior and executive stakeholders. Define objectives and success measures, use data and insights to improve campaign activity, and communicate the contribution to brand awareness, perception and company positioning.

You will bring

8–10 years of relevant experience in brand implementation, integrated marketing and creative process leadership, ideally from a combination of agency and in-house roles in a large international organisation. Experience developing and implementing global brand campaigns across markets, cultures and disciplines. A strong understanding of agency ways of working and the ability to be a demanding, constructive and credible client partner. Experience leading multidisciplinary programmes, senior decision forums and presentations or reporting for executive-level stakeholders. Strategic, creative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to connect brand strategy to compelling execution and turn measurement into clear actions and improvements. Experience from B2B or other considered-purchase industries with longer sales cycles, such as automotive or other complex international businesses. Experience outside the telecommunications sector is welcome. A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence and curiosity to move work forward while maintaining quality, alignment and strategic focus. Excellent written and spoken English. Swedish language skills are an advantage.
