PLM Business Analyst – Teamcenter / Product Configuration Location: Gothenburg, Sweden Duration: 6 Months Talent Partner: Rediflex AB

OverviewWe are looking for an experienced PLM Business Analyst for a 6-month assignment within Aurobay’s CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) / Quotation Tool initiative.The primary focus will be on the Configuration domain, supporting the development, enhancement and deployment of digital capabilities that reduce lead time and improve efficiency across the Concept-to-Road process.The PLM Business Analyst will act as the link between business stakeholders, the CPQ initiative and the PLM product team, analysing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and translating business requirements into functional solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse current PLM, product configuration and quotation processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution specifications.Support product configuration, variant management, product structures and configuration rules.Work hands-on with Siemens Teamcenter from a functional, operational or development perspective.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Product Creation, Manufacturing Engineering, PLM and Sales/Quotation.Collaborate closely with the PLM Technical Lead, developers and digital product teams.Support solution development, testing, validation and deployment.Analyse the interaction and integration between PLM and CAD, ALM, ERP and other engineering/business systems.Support CPQ and quotation-related process improvements where required.Take ownership of assigned activities and deliver outcomes within the defined 6-month initiative. Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within PLM, product development, engineering or manufacturing.Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter.Good understanding of:Product ConfigurationVariant ManagementProduct StructuresConfiguration RulesPLM DataStrong experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis and functional solution definition.Experience within engineering, manufacturing or product development environments.Experience working with quotation / CPQ / configuration processes is highly desirable.Good understanding of integrations between PLM, CAD, ALM and ERP systems.Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and take ownership in a time-limited project environment.
