Business Architect

Role SummarySeeking an experienced Business Architect with strong SAP S/4HANA O2C/O2D expertise to support global ERP transformation programs. The role will ensure end-to-end process alignment across SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Sales, Delivery and Invoicing processes. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and safeguard the Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process within the ERP program.Drive end-to-end process alignment across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement and Plan-to-Fulfill.Support Business Process Owners with process documentation, governance and global templates.Ensure solutions align with business objectives, target architecture and industry best practices.Identify and communicate business impacts, dependencies and process gaps.Collaborate with program stakeholders, process developers, realization leads and integration teams.Ensure seamless O2C integration across SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Mandatory Skills & Experience8+ years of relevant Business Architecture experience.Strong SAP S/4HANA O2C / SAP SD expertise.Proven experience in Order-to-Delivery within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of Sales, Delivery, Export and Invoicing processes.Experience as a Business Architect in complex/global ERP environments.Strong BPMN/process documentation experience; ARIS is preferred.Experience with SAP Enterprise Architecture.Fluent English.Willingness to work 3 days/week onsite in Södertälje. Nice to HaveAutomotive industry experience.Experience with complex, specification-based products.Multiple ERP implementation projects.Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
