Business Architect – SAP-Enabled Business Transformation

Our client is looking for a seasoned Business Architect to support ongoing business transformation initiatives within an SAP landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, Solution Architects and SAP teams to document, assess and improve business processes across several functional areas.

Build a clear picture of how the business works today, define future-state processes and ensure that business requirements, information flows and SAP-supported solutions stay alignedRun process-mapping workshops and review existing processes and system supportIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvementDefine and maintain business process models, capability maps and information modelsSupport process harmonization across organizations and marketsHelp turn business needs into sustainable solutions and contribute to the wider business architecture roadmapProduce and maintain high-quality documentation, including process maps, business requirements, functional descriptions, information flows and governance materialSupport change initiatives and contribute to broader business transformation programs

Required Skills And Experience

Extensive experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst or Process ArchitectDemonstrated ability to document and model complex business processesSolid understanding of SAP business processes and enterprise system landscapesExperience with SAP S/4HANA and related business domainsHands-on experience in business process modeling, requirements management, information modeling, workshop facilitation and stakeholder managementAbility to grasp both business objectives and technical constraintsStrong analytical and communication skillsFluent written and spoken English

Meritorious Skills

Background in the automotive industryKnowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAFExperience with process harmonization across multiple business units and countriesExperience with SAP Signavio or similar process mining and documentation toolsExperience from large-scale ERP transformation programs
