Swedium Global Services are looking for Business ArchitectLocation: SödertäljeWork Mode: Hybrid/ on site 3 days/week.Assignment Overview:Driving the transformation towards global ERP landscape within our industrial system. Within this program, O2C is a key process area for organization with the accountability for sales of Trucks, Busses and Power Solutions towards distributors and OEMs – external sales.We are also running the Commercial Backbone Program for the commercial system (wholesale and retail) where the selected ERP is Microsoft Dynamics 365.To ensure successful outcomes for the Commercial deliveries in these programs, we require the extension of an experienced ERP Business Architect to extend our Commercial E2E Architecture team. Complementing the team with solid Business Architecture and SAP S/4HANA competence. This role will work in close collaboration with program stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end consistency across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, alignment with other ERP processes. Responsibilities:Represent and safeguard the O2C process within the IEB program with the focus on sales of Trucks, Buses and Power Solutions in alignment with the other core processes for the program (Finance, Procurement, Plan & Fulfill). Collaborate with cross-program process streams and the Service Integrator to secure seamless process integration – reassuring the development of end-to-end processes over several business areas.Secure that the O2C process for external sales is aligned with inter- and intracompany needs. Supporting Business Process Owners (BPOs) and other roles in the establishment of process documentation, governance and the establishment of global templates.Ensure Commercial business objectives and target architecture are adhered to, steering design decisions towards scalability and industry best practices.Ability to identify, communicate and escalate business impacts when aligning current processes with industry standard processes. Education (Must Have/Nice To Have):Must Have:University degree, preferably within the domain of Computer science Must Have:8+ years of documented experience relevant to the role –business architecture and SAP S/4 HANA O2C.Documented experience within the Order-to-Delivery domain in a manufacturing environment.Solid understanding of sales, delivery (including export), and invoicing processes.Significant experience working as a Business Architect in complex and global environments.Experience with process documentation and BPMN process documentation tools. ARIS is used.Candidate is preferably located in the Stockholm area reassuring the ability to run a hybrid assignment Nice To Have:Experience from the automotive industry.Experience working with complex products. The Scania products are specification based product individuals.Experience from multiple ERP implementation projects. Other Specifications:Focus area: Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order-to-Delivery (O2D).ERP landscape includes SAP S/4HANA and how the order process needs to interact Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create and E2E O2C process over 2 ERPs.
