Role Summary
Are you intrested in joing a diverse team of business controllers with ambition to support our Reseach & Development business? We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Business Controller with a strong passion to enable good steering and planning processes and tools.The role involves supporting and driving financial processes, participating in strategic decision-making and ensuring that financial targets are met. Research & Development is currently undergoing major changes in ways of working, systems and roles - and Controlling is evolving accordingly. Operating in a global context, Controlling plays an important role as a business partner. You will actively contribute to designing and implementing the future financial management model.
Education
Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling or a similar finance controlling role.Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.Experience supporting or partnering with management teams.Experience working in an international and global business environment is highly desirable.Experience with financial closing processes, KPI follow-up, and performance management.Experience influencing cost development and supporting strategic business decisions.Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
