About the jobWe are looking for a Business Developer with PhD background to grow our business of advanced analytical instruments. You will interact with both academy and industry to promote technical capabilities and business value. You will analyze market demands, identify sales leads and increase company´s visibility. In this job, you will report directly to the CEO, engage with international organizations and drive business from opportunity identification to successful deals. Our products enable scientists and professionals to get accurate data at speed, revealing details of materials elemental composition. Responsibilities· Identify sales leads and market demands that support long-term business growth· Lead and support customer dialogues about product capabilities and demands, positioning our product solutions· Create customer offers that support and influence R&D and business strategy· Pursuing business opportunities from lead generation to deal closure· Increase company visibility and awareness of our solutions´ value contributions· Drive sales strategy that supports long-term business growth· Build, develop, and manage a network of agents and resellers Qualifications · PhD degree in Physics or Chemistry· Documented experience of analytical spectroscopy· Several years of experience in customers interactions, product evaluations, market demands and technical B2B sales· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills· A proactive, collaborative, and well-organized way of working· Familiarity with digital communication and marketing channels Why Join UsMake a real impact – Play a key role in shaping the commercial growth of a technology-driven company operating in global markets.
