Business Development Revenue ManagerLocation: Luxembourg | Full-time, Permanent - Europe locations welcome We are partnering with a high-growth advanced materials business developing technologies to strengthen secure and resilient supply chains across European defence, aerospace and industrial markets. They are looking for a Business Development Revenue Manager to take ownership of a growing commercial pipeline and convert customer interest into signed contracts, pre-orders, off-take agreements and other commercial commitments.This is a hands-on revenue role for someone who enjoys being close to customers and driving opportunities through the full sales cycle. You will work closely with senior commercial leadership and technical teams to turn complex customer requirements into clear commercial propositions and ultimately revenue. ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the commercial pipeline, progressing opportunities from initial engagement through to signed commitmentsConvert qualified customer interest into proposals, pre-orders, contracts, off-take agreements and funded opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with commercial, procurement and programme stakeholders across defence, aerospace and industrial marketsDevelop account and close plans for priority customers, identifying decision-makers, procurement routes and commercial blockersMaintain strong CRM discipline and provide accurate pipeline, revenue and conversion forecastingCoordinate proposals, commercial terms and contracting processes alongside internal technical and leadership teamsEnsure customer opportunities maintain momentum through structured follow-up and clear next stepsCapture market, customer and procurement intelligence to support wider commercial decision-makingSupport customer meetings, industry events and trade shows, ensuring opportunities are effectively followed through Experience RequiredStrong business development, sales, revenue or account management experience within a complex B2B environmentDemonstrable experience owning a pipeline and converting opportunities into commercial outcomesExperience managing longer or more complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholdersCommercial confidence working with senior customers, procurement teams and decision-makersComfortable working closely with engineers and technical teams to translate complex products into clear customer propositionsStrong CRM, pipeline management and forecasting experienceExperience within defence, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, industrial materials, engineering or deep tech would be highly advantageousExposure to pre-orders, pilot agreements, framework agreements, off-takes or other early commercial contracts would be particularly relevantComfortable working in an early-stage or scaling business where processes are still being builtBased in, relocating to, or able to work regularly from Luxembourg.
