CodeAnalytiqa Consultancy and Services is looking for entrepreneurial Business Development Managers / Partners to spearhead our expansion across the European Union (EU). This is a 50/50 profit-sharing partnership designed for high-performing sales professionals who want to leverage their existing networks and run their own business under an established umbrella. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition: Identify, target, and sign new corporate clients across the EU requiring staffing and recruitment services.Network Utilization: Leverage personal contacts, industry networks, and cold outreach to build a robust pipeline of business opportunities.Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for acquired clients, understanding their hiring needs and managing the business relationship.Collaboration: Partner with CodeAnalytiqa’s delivery and delivery-support teams to ensure high-quality candidates are successfully placed.

Requirements & QualificationsIndustry Experience: Proven track record in business development, account management, or agency recruitment within IT, Engineering, BFSI, or Pharma sectors.Established Network: A strong, active network of hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers within the European Union.Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the EU staffing landscape, including local hiring regulations, compliance, and market trends.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated, comfortable working independently without a base salary, and driven by unlimited commission/profit potential.Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and English communication skills (additional European languages like German, French, or Dutch are a massive asset).
