About the roleAs Business Development Manager Sweden & Finland – Project Sales, your mission is to grow and strengthen Legamaster’s reseller and online channel ecosystem across Sweden and Finland, with occasional involvement in Norway. You will be the driving force behind new business development, focusing on acquisition, relationship building, and expanding our market presence in the region. This is a true hunter role: you thrive on identifying opportunities, onboarding new partners, and creating long-term value through strategic collaboration. You will be responsible for setting up a solid support and service network in the region, while inside sales and operational support are provided from our headquarters in the Netherlands. Key responsibilitiesYour key responsibilities include:Develop and execute a regional business development strategy focused on expanding Legamaster’s presence in Sweden and Finland through reseller and e-commerce channels.Identify and onboard new resellers and strategic partners to grow market share and drive revenue.Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, strengthening relationships through engagement, joint business planning, and performance support.Build and maintain a reliable service and support network to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the region.Support partners with tailored sales strategies, product training, and marketing initiatives to boost sell-in and sell-out performance.Monitor partner performance, set targets, and proactively drive results through data-driven insights.Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings, reviews, and workshops to maintain strong partner engagement and alignment.Collaborate closely with internal teams in the Netherlands (including marketing, product management, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution and customer success.Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.Report KPIs, market insights, and progress to the Director Project Sales, contributing to strategic decision-making. You enjoy working independently across markets and have a strong commercial instinct. To be successful in this role, you bring:Proven experience in business development, channel sales, or account management within a B2B environment.A strong track record in acquisition and channel growth, ideally in office supplies, office furniture, B2B distribution, or e-commerce.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to building business.The ability to work independently across multiple markets, managing priorities and driving initiatives.Fluency in English and Swedish; knowledge of Finnish or Norwegian is an advantage.Willingness to travel regularly across Sweden, Finland, and occasionally Norway to meet customers and attend event or our office in The Netherlands or Germany.
