Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Representative role based in the Greater Umeå Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. Daily activities include conducting outreach via phone, email, and digital channels, managing prospect pipelines, and scheduling and following up on sales meetings. The Business Development Representative collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams, maintains accurate records in CRM tools, and provides regular reporting on activity and results. The role also involves nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and contributing to strategies that expand the company’s customer base. Qualifications Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience identifying prospects and managing outbound outreach.Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to move opportunities through the pipeline and support deal closure.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at different levels.Comfort working in a hybrid setup in the Greater Umeå Metropolitan Area, with effective self-management when working remotely.Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to track activities, manage data quality, and report on performance.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams.Relevant experience in a business development or sales-related role; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
