Kawaii Partners are looking for a Casino Product Manager to own the player-facing casino experience end-to-end. You will drive the product roadmap, shape the game lobby and front-end experience, work daily with designers and developers, and use data from Power BI, GA4, PostHog and other analytic tools to make decisions that improve conversion, retention and player satisfaction. You will also act as the quality gatekeeper for releases and keep us ahead of competitors through continuous market analysis. Responsibilities:Product Strategy & RoadmapOwn and prioritize the casino product roadmap; decide what gets built and in what order.Analyse the product continuously and propose improvements to front-end UX, new features and enhancements to existing functionality.Review existing functions and drive overall product quality improvement.Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. Design & Development CoordinationCreate and manage design tasks for the design team; review deliverables against product goals.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming and release sign-off.Coordinate with CRM, VIP, development and marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives. Game Lobby & Content ManagementOwn game lobby management: categorization, game positioning, featured sections, search and filtering logic.Coordinate game providers for discounts, early game releases; evaluate and prioritize game placements accordingly.Monitor game performance (popularity, GGR contribution, RTP) and optimize lobby placement accordingly.Support bonus, promotion and gamification mechanics (tournaments, free spins, loyalty features) from the product side. Data & User ExperienceUse Power BI, Google Analytics, PostHog and similar tools to analyse player behaviour and make data-driven UX decisions.Own core product KPIs: registration-to-deposit conversion, FTD, retention, session length, feature adoption.Identify friction in key funnels (registration, deposit, withdrawal, game launch) and drive fixes.Design and run A/B tests to validate improvements. Quality AssurancePerform post-release checks after every developer release to verify functionality, UX and lobby integrity.Log, prioritize and follow up on defects with the development team.Maintain release checklists covering critical player journeys. Market & Competitor AnalysisMonitor competitors and the wider iGaming market; produce regular competitor analysis reports.Track industry trends (new game mechanics, lobby patterns, gamification, payments UX) and translate them into roadmap proposals. Compliance & Responsible GamblingEnsure product features meet regulatory requirements in operating markets (KYC flows, deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality checks).Work with the compliance team on regulator-driven product changes. Requirements:2–4+ years of product management or product owner experience in iGaming/online casino environment.Hands-on experience with analytics tools: Power BI, GA4, PostHog or equivalents.Understanding of casino operations: game lobbies, providers, bonuses, payment funnels.Experience writing requirements and working directly with designers and developers.Strong analytical mindset; comfortable making decisions from data.Attention to detail and a QA mindset for verifying releases.Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have:Experience with multi-brand or multi-market casino platforms.Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation culture.Knowledge of regulatory environments (MGA, Curaçao, or Anjouan etc).Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools.Basic understanding of front-end technology to communicate effectively with developers.
