OverviewFunction: Change Management / Learning & AdoptionReports to: Program Delivery Lead Role PurposeDrive the successful adoption of Claude across Client Energy's FTE. You will own the people side of the AI rollout, designing and executing the change strategy that turns a training program into sustained, confident, day-to-day use of the tool. Your success is measured not by training attendance, but by real behavior change: employees using Claude to do their work better. Key ResponsibilitiesChange Strategy & Planning· Build and own the end-to-end change management plan for Claude adoption across impacted FTE cohorts.· Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments across business units, functions, and geographies.· Define adoption KPIs (active users, use-case depth, productivity signals, sentiment) and the measurement approach. Training Enablement· Partner with L&D and the training delivery team to shape curriculum, learning journeys, and role-based use cases.· Ensure training content reflects real Energy workflows — not generic AI literacy.· Design reinforcement mechanisms: office hours, champions networks, prompt libraries, communities of practice. Stakeholder & Communications· Craft and execute the communications plan: leadership messaging, cascade briefings, internal campaigns.· Engage sponsors and middle managers as adoption multipliers; equip them to lead their teams through the change.· Surface and address resistance early — concerns around trust, data handling, job impact, and skill anxiety. Adoption Measurement & Iteration· Establish adoption dashboards; track usage, drop-off, and value realization.· Run pulse checks and feedback loops; iterate the change approach based on evidence.· Report progress and risks to the program leadership on a defined cadence. Risk & Governance· Align with responsible AI, data privacy, and security stakeholders to ensure adoption is safe and compliant.· Anticipate cultural, regulatory, and works-council considerations across Client Energy's geographies. Required Experience· 7+ years in change management, ideally on large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.· Demonstrable experience driving adoption of a new enterprise tool at scale (SaaS, collaboration, or AI/analytics platforms).· Fluency in a recognized change methodology (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).· Strong partnership skills with L&D, Comms, HR, and technical delivery teams.· Experience operating in a matrixed, multi-geography enterprise; energy/industrial sector is a plus. Preferred· Prior exposure to generative AI or LLM rollout programs.· Hands-on familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable AI assistants.· Prosci certification.· Experience with works councils and European labor engagement models. Success in the role· Change strategy and adoption KPI framework signed off by program sponsors.· Training rollout supported by a live communications plan, champions network, and reinforcement mechanisms.· Baseline adoption metrics established; first cohorts showing measurable behavior change.· Feedback loop operational, with at least one iteration cycle completed.
