Change Readiness LeadRemote | Europe-Based | 6-12 Month Contract Please note: This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Europe only; applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence, as visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available. We are seeking an experienced Change Readiness Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the overall change strategy, readiness framework, governance, and delivery standards across multiple functions and business units.Working closely with programme leadership, you will ensure the organisation is prepared for change, drive stakeholder engagement, oversee readiness activities, and provide strategic leadership to a team of change professionals. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the programme-wide change management strategy and operating model.Establish and govern the readiness framework, assessment criteria, and go-live gates.Oversee the quality assurance of Change Impact Assessments and key change deliverables.Standardise and govern key user readiness and capability-building activities.Manage the integrated change plan, dependencies, reporting, and governance processes.Lead programme-level change risk and issue management activities.Provide leadership and direction to Functional Change Leads and partner with Communications and Training Leads.Represent change and readiness at senior leadership and steering committee forums.Build sustainable organisational change capability that extends beyond programme delivery. Required Experience8+ years of experience in Change Management, Organisational Change, or Business Transformation.Proven track record leading change on large-scale ERP, CRM, supply chain, or enterprise transformation programmes.Experience designing and owning programme-level change strategies and readiness frameworks.Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior executives and programme leadership teams.Demonstrated experience managing change governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to present clear insights to executive audiences.Experience working in complex, matrixed organisations with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.Familiarity with transformation platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, O9, or similar is highly desirable. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline.Certification in a recognised change methodology such as Prosci, APMG, CCMP, or equivalent preferred.Project or programme management qualifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2) advantageous.
