Chief Operating Officer

Location: On-site in Mexico (relocation support provided)Compensation around €200K–270K + BONUS This is an opportunity to join a leading gaming and entertainment group in LATAM, employing more than 3,000 people. The company is looking for a COO to lead the next phase of its iGaming business, accelerating growth and improving operational performance. The COO will have full operational and P&L responsibility for the iGaming business, with a mandate to strengthen the existing operation, develop its long-term strategy and capitalize on the growth of the online gaming market. The position offers autonomy to review the existing organizational structure, reorganize teams and make changes to the leadership team where required. Key responsibilities include:Take full ownership of the iGaming P&L, operational performance, profitability and business growth.Develop and execute the operational strategy across Online Casino and Sportsbook.Lead an organization of approximately 40 people, with responsibility across Customer Service (including the call centre), Payments, Technology, Casino Product and Sportsbook.Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, strengthen the product offering and accelerate sustainable growth.Work closely with Product, Technology, Payments, Risk, Fraud and Compliance to ensure a scalable and efficient operation.Identify opportunities to leverage the group's established land-based casino network and strengthen its omnichannel offering. What we're looking for We are particularly interested in executives who have had ownership of an entire iGaming business unit or operation, rather than responsibility for only one functional area.Strong experience across both Online Casino and Sportsbook is highly desirable, together with a proven track record of managing P&L, leading multidisciplinary teams and scaling organizations of significant size and complexity.The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of iGaming products, technology and platforms, as well as experience across payments, risk, fraud and compliance.
