About the positionWe are looking for a Chief Technology Officer, CTO, who is accountable for product innovation, engineering excellence, R&D investments, intellectual property management, technical standardization, and technology-driven business growth across all global entities. The CTO will lead the development of next-generation braking systems, hydraulic solutions, monitoring technologies, and digital products while ensuring that Dellner Bubenzer maintains its technological leadership in ports, cranes, mining, steel, bulk handling, offshore, wind energy, marine, and industrial applications. Additionally, the CTO position will be part of the business' management team and will be part of forming the future of DELLNER BUBENZER. Location for this position will be dependent on you as a candidate, but preferably close to one of our sites in Europe. You report directly to the Managing Director for Dellner Bubenzer. Dellner Bubenzer is a global leader in the design and manufacture of braking systems for the material handling, crane & hoist, container handling, mining, marine, industrial, offshore, oil & gas, and wind energy sectors with operations in Benelux, Brazil, China, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Middle East, Malaysia, Sweden, US and Latin America.
