Chief Technology Officer
About the role As CTO, you will own the long-term technical and product direction of Qinds, including architecture, infrastructure, security, AI quality and scalability. You will work closely with the founders, our Lead Engineer and psychology experts. Our Lead Engineer continues to lead day-to-day development, while you take broader responsibility for technical strategy, product priorities and key decisions. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on work, and making pragmatic decisions about what to build now, what to improve and what can wait.
What you’ll own Product & prioritiesTurn customer needs and business goals into a clear roadmap and technical priorities. Architecture & scalabilityOwn the overall architecture, integrations and key technology choices, balancing speed today with scalability tomorrow. Infrastructure, security & dataEnsure a stable and secure platform, including reliability, access control, data protection, monitoring and recovery. AI quality & trustBuild systems that make AI outputs reliable, traceable and reviewable, together with our psychology experts. Product-Led GrowthHelp evolve Qinds into a more self-service, product-led platform that is easy to adopt, use and expand. Team & deliveryTogether with our Lead Engineer, strengthen development processes, ownership, documentation and technical capability.
QualificationsYou have strong experience building and scaling digital products, ideally SaaS or AI-based platforms.You are comfortable across product, architecture and implementation and have a strong understanding of:Software architecture and cloud infrastructureSecurity and data protectionAI/LLM-based productsProduct prioritization and technical trade-offsBuilding products in an early-stage environmentExperience with product-led SaaS is a strong plus.
Current stackQinds already has a working SaaS platform, currently built with React, Node.js, Supabase/PostgreSQL and cloud-based AI integrations. You don’t need to have worked with our exact stack, but you should be comfortable understanding, evolving and making decisions around a modern SaaS architecture.
