Job Overview
The Completions Coordinator uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Completions discipline within McDermott. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Completions discipline. The Completions Coordinator solves complex problems and uses discipline-specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The Completions Coordinator impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the Completions team and other related teams and ensures they work within the appropriate guidelines and policies.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage completion plans for onshore construction projectsEnsure all completion activities comply with industry regulations and quality standardsCoordinate with project teams to identify and resolve completion issues that may ariseLiaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of completion documentationSupervise and mentor junior completion specialists in the team
Essential Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or related field5 to 7 years' experience in completions management for onshore construction projects in the EPCI industryStrong knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and ASTMExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience with software programs for completion tracking and documentationKnowledge of safety and risk management processes in the EPCI industry
