Construction Manager – Data Centres | FinlandFinland | Major Data Centre Development | Client Side / PMC | On Site I’m partnering with a new client supporting the delivery of a major data centre development in Finland and looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the project team.This is a fantastic opportunity to take a key role on a complex, fast moving data centre programme, working on behalf of the client and providing strong leadership across site delivery. What will you be doing?• Take ownership of day to day construction delivery across the project• Oversee contractor performance, progress, quality and site execution• Coordinate across CSA, mechanical, electrical and commissioning workstreams• Drive programme milestones and ensure construction activity remains aligned with the wider delivery strategy• Identify and resolve site issues, risks, constraints and interfaces before they impact programme• Challenge contractors constructively and hold delivery teams accountable• Maintain close alignment between construction, design, commercial, safety and commissioning teams• Provide clear reporting and visibility to senior project and client stakeholders• Support the project through construction, completion, commissioning and handover What am I looking for?You will need significant construction delivery experience within the data centre sector, ideally across large scale or hyperscale developments.You'll be comfortable operating in a client facing environment, managing multiple contractors and workstreams and taking ownership rather than simply reporting on progress.This needs someone visible, decisive and commercially aware who understands what good data centre delivery looks like. Professional English is essential. The strong preference is for five days per week on site in Finland. You don't need to live in Finland currently, and relocation or weekly travel can be considered for the right individual.
