Content Creator – Dating & Culture

Join a dynamic project focused on redefining how young Indians discover life partners through AI-assisted experiences. This part-time, remote contract role is ideal for a proactive content creator passionate about dating, relationships, marriage, and modern Indian culture. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s social presence, crafting engaging content that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences, and driving conversations around compatibility and connection. The ideal candidate thrives on ideation, storytelling, and trend-spotting, and is eager to take ownership of the creative process from concept to publication.

Deliverables

Develop and execute original content for Instagram, including Reels, carousels, memes, stories, and recurring series. Identify and leverage trending topics, formats, and conversations relevant to dating and relationships in India. Write compelling hooks and narratives tailored to Gen Z and millennial sensibilities. Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and scripting to editing and publishing. Utilize tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI-powered creative platforms to enhance content quality and efficiency. Monitor content performance and iterate based on audience engagement and feedback.

Demonstrated experience creating social content for Instagram, especially Reels and stories. Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and the nuances of dating and relationships among young Indians. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging hooks and concise storytelling. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and AI creative tools. Ability to work independently, proactively pitch ideas, and manage multiple content streams. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously. Prior experience in a similar content creation or social media role is preferred.
