Content Creator

This role is ideal for a creative digital content specialist passionate about luxury real estate and social media storytelling. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling Instagram Reels and TikTok videos that highlight the unique features of high-end properties. The position requires a keen eye for detail, an understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to craft engaging narratives that elevate the online presence of luxury listings. You will collaborate closely with property owners or agents to ensure each piece of content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and appeals to a discerning audience.

Deliverables

Produce short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok) tailored to luxury real estate audiences Capture and edit high-quality footage of properties, emphasizing unique selling points and lifestyle elements Develop creative concepts and storyboards for each video to maximize engagement and reach Optimize content for platform-specific algorithms and trends Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule shoots and ensure timely delivery of content Maintain consistency in visual style and messaging across all published materials

Demonstrated experience creating social media content, preferably for real estate or luxury brands Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices, trends, and audience engagement strategies Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Access to necessary equipment for filming and editing Attention to detail and a passion for luxury aesthetics Availability for on-site shoots as required; local candidates preferred
