Contract Leader

CONTRACT & CHANGE LEADER We are seeking an experienced Contract & Change Leader to join a major Steel Project in Northern Sweden. ResponsibilitiesManage contractual, commercial and change-related activities across assigned contracts.Support the Contract Manager and Project Managers with contract planning and coordination.Manage contractual risks, claims, obligations and mitigation strategies.Liaise with the client, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.Coordinate Contract & Change Engineers and ensure contractual deliverables meet project requirements.Participate in contract and project review meetings and address contractual issues as they arise. RequirementsMinimum 12 years' experience in Contract Management.Experience within Steel, Mining, Infrastructure, Engineering & Construction or Oil & Gas.Strong experience with EPC contracts and/or PMC/EPCM projects.Strong commercial, financial and risk management understanding.Experience working on technically complex projects.Experience with Primavera and/or Aconex.Fluent English.Willing to work on site 3 weeks out of 4 with all expenses paid
