Role Description The Country Manager Sweden will lead Ortivus’ commercial and operational activities in the Swedish market, with responsibility for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions and services. This full-time, on-site role based in Danderyd includes overseeing sales pipelines, managing key accounts, and collaborating with healthcare regions and ambulance services to understand their needs and translate them into tailored solutions. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, including product, implementation, and support, to ensure successful deployments and ongoing customer satisfaction. The Country Manager Sweden will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, provide strategic input to senior management, and contribute to local marketing initiatives and tenders. The position also requires regular reporting on performance metrics, budgeting, and forecasting, while representing Ortivus at relevant industry events and stakeholder meetings. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial leadership, country management, or senior sales roles within healthcare, healthtech, medical devices, or related sectors.Strong background in account management, business development, and stakeholder engagement, preferably with public healthcare organizations or ambulance services.Demonstrated skills in operational planning, budgeting, and performance management, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in both Swedish and English, with strong relationship-building skills.Solid understanding of healthcare systems, digital health solutions, and regulatory or procurement processes in Sweden.Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, coordinate projects, and work effectively with technical, clinical, and commercial teams.Relevant university degree in business, healthcare management, engineering, or a comparable field; advanced education is an advantage.Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including interpreting market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to guide strategy.High level
