We are now looking for an CRO & Experimentation Lead to join our Marketing & eCommerce team in Stockholm and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making at Apollo.

As we are still in the early stages of building our experimentation capability, this is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in shaping how experimentation is done across the organization. You will define ways of working, build engagement, introduce best practices, and help establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution, you will work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Analysts and Software Engineers to turn insights into experiments that drive measurable impact on customer experience and business performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As our CRO & Experimentation Lead, you will own the vision, roadmap and execution of Apollo's experimentation agenda. You will be the driving force behind embedding experimentation into how we develop products, optimize customer journeys and make business decisions. By bringing together data, customer insights and cross-functional collaboration, you will help create a culture where learning and continuous improvement become part of everyday decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

Define and drive the experimentation roadmap across our digital products and customer journeys.Turn customer insights, business opportunities and data into clear hypotheses for experiments.Design, execute, analyze and communicate experiments and their outcomes.Manage stakeholders and partner closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Software Engineering teams, Analysts, eCommerce & Content teams, to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.Use quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover customer needs, friction points and optimization opportunities.Share learnings and recommendations that help teams make better, evidence-based decisions.Coach and support teams in adopting experimentation best practices and data-driven ways of working.Continuously improve our experimentation processes, frameworks and toolkit to maximize impact and scalability.

Skills & Requirements

Experience leading experimentation programs in e-commerce or digital product environments.Proven experience managing the full experimentation lifecycle, from hypothesis and build to insights and business decisions.Strong understanding of experimentation statistics and how to design and evaluate A/B tests.Experience working with experimentation both strategically and hands-on.Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative insights to identify experimentation opportunities.Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills with the ability to build engagement around experimentation.Experience coaching teams and establishing experimentation best practices.Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, GrowthBook, Dynamic Yield, VWO, or similar.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with the ability to build and support client-side experiments.Strong analytical skills and experience working with digital analytics and behavioral insights tools such as GA4, FullStory, Contentsquare or similar.Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, including 3+ years in CRO and experimentation.University degree in Business, Digital Product Development, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Additional training or certifications in experimentation, CRO, analytics, statistics or product management are considered a plus.Professional proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

As CRO & Experimentation Lead you will be a part of the Marketing & eCommerce team and report to Head of CRO & User Experience.

The position is a permanent full-time position, based at our headquarters in Norrtull, Stockholm.
