ResponsibilitiesOversee all civils, structural and architectural elements of the hyperscale projectManage a project team of 50+ including, discipline leads, package managers, design managers, engineers and site supervisorsSupport your team in managing 20+ subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €200mSupport your team in managing contractor's design elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-siteEnsure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision. Manage, track and develop plans for project costs, budgets, project labour, commissioning procedures and project performanceDirecting set up for the CSA activities, making sure that best practice meeting and reporting documentation and schedules are implemented from the outsetContinuous engagement with Key project stakeholders such as Client and Design Teams to ensure Project performanceOverseeing ongoing client satisfaction with the project, especially in terms of cost, scope, and timescalesProactively monitoring the project's health & safety processes as well as the team's culture and behavioursMonitor and ensure the Quality targets are achieved and exceeded on the projectReport directly to the Project Director Skills & QualificationsA degree in a relevant construction or engineering subjectMinimum of 5 years experience in a senior project manager role overseeing projects in excess of €50mPrevious experience delivering projects from concept to handoverPrevious experience in a similar role, delivering CSA elements of a project within a contracting environment is essentialExcellent organisational, communication, people and time management skillsProficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is requiredData centre experience is advantageous but not necessaryExperience in the delivery of large-scale projects is necessaryThe ability to build robust relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliersA flair for multitasking, looking at the bigger picture, and providing excellent attention to detailA proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approachFirst-class leadership skills - you should be able to delegate, prioritize workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others
