CSA Manager

Job Title: CSA Manager Location: Helsinki, Finland The OpportunityA leading international data centre developer is expanding its presence across Finland and is looking to appoint an experienced CSA Manager to support the delivery of major hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects.This is an opportunity to join a growing development portfolio and take responsibility for the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) elements of complex data centre projects from construction through to completion.The successful candidate will work closely with the wider project delivery, engineering, commercial and commissioning teams, as well as main contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of all Civil, Structural & Architectural works across data centre projects.Oversee CSA contractors and specialist subcontractors throughout construction and installation.Coordinate CSA activities with MEP, commissioning, commercial and project management teams.Monitor programme, progress, quality and construction performance.Review drawings, specifications, technical submissions and RFIs.Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved design, programme and project requirements.Lead coordination meetings with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.Identify and resolve technical, design and construction issues.Monitor quality assurance and ensure appropriate inspection and testing processes are followed.Support commercial and contractual management of CSA packages.Manage change control and assist with the assessment of variations and claims.Maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants, contractors and wider project team.Support project handover, close-out and defect management. Candidate ProfileStrong experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.Previous experience working on data centres, hyperscale, mission-critical or similarly complex projects is highly desirable.Proven experience managing main contractors and specialist subcontractors.Strong understanding of structural, architectural and civil construction methodologies.Experience working within fast-paced, high-value construction environments.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate effectively across disciplines.Strong understanding of construction programmes, quality, HSE and commercial controls.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to identify problems early and drive them through to resolution.Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
