CSA Project Manager – Data Centre Construction (Finland) Location: FinlandJob Type: Full-Time Description JDL Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing international real estate and digital infrastructure developer, currently investing heavily in hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. Our client is seeking an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Project Manager to join a major data centre build in Finland, taking ownership of the CSA scope from mobilisation through to completion and handover. The successful candidate will manage the civil, structural, and architectural works packages on site, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating closely with MEP and integration teams. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day delivery of CSA works packages, ensuring alignment with the overall project programme.Coordinate and supervise CSA subcontractors, monitoring performance against scope, schedule, and quality benchmarks.Liaise closely with MEP, integration, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth interface management across disciplines.Prepare and issue progress reports, tracking key milestones and flagging risks or delays to senior management.Oversee quality control and snagging processes for civil, structural, and architectural works.Manage material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics related to CSA scope.Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards on site.Support cost control and commercial reporting in conjunction with the project's QS/commercial team.Attend and contribute to daily/weekly site progress meetings.Support recruitment and management of site-based CSA supervisory staff. Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Proven experience delivering CSA works packages within a large-scale construction environment; data centre or mission-critical experience highly advantageous.Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Nordic/cold-climate construction environments is a plus.Excellent organisational, communication, and reporting skills.Fluent English required; Finnish language skills advantageous but not essential.Willingness to be based on/near site in Finland for the project duration.
