Job DescriptionAs a specialist, you will protect and support global online communities. Your core daily activities will include:Content Moderation: Reviewing user-generated content (videos, text, images) to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and safety policies.Customer Support: Resolving incoming client queries via chat, email, and phone with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach.
