𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 We are looking for several service-oriented and structured Customer Service Representatives for an assignment in Borås.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Handle customer service cases mainly by phone, email and chat
• Perform related administrative tasks
• Work independently in the customer’s case management system
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work in a structured and goal-oriented environment
• Receive and provide feedback to continuously improve yourself and the team

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

• Experience in customer service or a similar service-oriented role
• Excellent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
• Structured, communicative and service-minded personality
• Strong administrative skills and self-leadership
• Ability to absorb large amounts of information and learn quickly
• High integrity and ability to work independently
• Experience from an ICA store or similar is considered an advantage
