We’re looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to take technical ownership of Endpoint Vulnerability Management within a large and complex enterprise environment.This is not an operational patching role. We’re looking for a broad cybersecurity professional who can connect vulnerabilities to business risk and shape strategy, architecture, governance and security products that measurably reduce exposure. Key responsibilities:Lead risk-based vulnerability management and prioritisationDrive security architecture and technology strategyEnsure vulnerability visibility across endpoints, cloud, on-prem and OT environmentsDevelop governance, KPIs, dashboards and executive risk reportingIdentify root causes and drive long-term security improvementsTranslate emerging threats into guidance, playbooks and trainingWork with Product Management on new security solutions and PoCs We’re looking for:Extensive cybersecurity experience in senior technical/architectural rolesStrong vulnerability management experience in large enterprise environmentsKnowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and/or IEC 62443Experience with tools such as Qualys, Tenable or Microsoft Defender for EndpointStrong understanding of hybrid cloud, identity and Zero TrustAbility to communicate complex cyber risks clearly to both technical and senior stakeholdersExcellent English communication skills Desirable: Manufacturing/OT security experience, CISSP/CISM/CISA/OSCP or similar certifications, SIEM/SOC and threat intelligence experience, PKI/cryptography, application security, scripting/automation and agile product development.
