ALTEN is currently looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer / Epic Owner for an exciting assignment within the automotive industry.Are you passionate about automotive cybersecurity and interested in driving complex development activities in a highly collaborative environment? We are looking for a person who can take ownership of cybersecurity-related activities and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to support vehicle development and compliance efforts. About the roleIn this role, you will coordinate and drive cybersecurity activities throughout the vehicle development process. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity requirements are properly integrated, tracked, and delivered according to project plans.This position combines technical cybersecurity understanding with coordination, planning, and stakeholder management. ResponsibilitiesDrive and coordinate cybersecurity-related activities within vehicle development projectsSupport planning, follow-up, and execution of cybersecurity work across multiple teamsIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and actions related to cybersecurity deliverablesCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Teams, and external stakeholdersSupport cybersecurity compliance activities, including work related to UNECE R155Follow up on progress, milestones, and project commitmentsContribute to audits, reviews, and cybersecurity assessmentsEnsure documentation and required cybersecurity deliverables are completed according to project needs We believe you haveExperience working with cybersecurity within the automotive industryGood understanding of vehicle cybersecurity concepts, processes, and compliance activitiesExperience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a complex development environmentAbility to drive activities independently and create structure in cross-functional projectsStrong communication and coordination skillsFluent English, both written and spoken MeritoriousExperience with UNECE R155, ISO/SAE 21434, or similar cybersecurity regulations and standardsExperience from cybersecurity audits, certification activities, or compliance workExperience from vehicle development programs within the automotive industry We warmly welcome your application already today!
