Data Engineer, Founding Team | Stockholm

Now we’re looking for a Data Engineering Lead to join our founding team and help shape both our client work and the company we’re building. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Stockholm for a Data Engineer joining Vantir’s founding team. You’ll take a leading role in designing and building modern data platforms, pipelines, and AI-ready infrastructure for our clients. As part of the founding team, this is not just a delivery role. You’ll help shape our engineering culture, technical standards, ways of working, and the kind of company Vantir becomes. What We’d Love to See in YouYou live in or near Stockholm.Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, AI engineering, or similar.Strong experience designing and building modern data platforms, data pipelines, and production-grade data systems.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Experience with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, Airflow, Spark, or similar modern data stack technologies.
