Data Engineer

Role description:Engineer in an agile team who enables other agile delivery teams with data acquisition platform and data product delivery platform (note that the definition of platform in this case does not refer to infrastructure)Deliver reusable components according to team backlog, based on priorities and design from Agile Product Owner and solution architectCollaborate with business analysts and others to develop new engineering capabilities and framework componentsSupport engineers in other agile delivery teams Experience and skills expectation:Experience from data warehousing and data delivery, preferably in a bankGood communication skills (English) spoken and writtenFamiliarity with data pipeline/orchestration tools and modern data engineering practicesUnderstanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management principlesQuick to grasp delivery framework and new concepts and has a strong self-drive to deliverModern data warehousing cloud platform AzureStrong programming backgroundPython Additional experience that is meriting:Test automationCI/CD GitHub ActionsInformatica IDMC or PowercenterDatabricks, Snowflake
