Data Governance Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Project Manager to join our client’s HR data development project.In this role, you will help improve how HR data is managed, documented and governed across the organization. You will work closely with HR, IT and Data & AI teams and make sure the project moves forward in a structured way.Your responsibilitiesDrive and coordinate the HR data governance projectPlan activities, timelines and prioritiesCoordinate cooperation between HR, IT and data specialistsSupport the definition of data structures, concepts and common practicesImprove data quality and documentationHelp establish clear roles, responsibilities and ways of working for HR dataTrack progress and prepare project documentation and status updatesWhat we are looking forPrevious experience in project management or consultingGood understanding of data governance and data managementExperience working with multiple business and technical stakeholdersAbility to understand both business needs and IT/data environmentsStrong communication, facilitation and documentation skillsStructured, proactive and hands-on approachExperience with HR data, HR systems, workforce management, staffing or personnel-related projects is a strong advantage.
