Database Administrator

We’re Hiring | Senior Database Administrator We’re looking for an experienced Database Administrator (6–8+ years) to join our team and manage enterprise database environments, with a strong focus on SQL Server and experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL. Key ResponsibilitiesManage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise database environments.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server; Oracle or PostgreSQL experience preferred.Manage performance, capacity, backups, recovery, disaster recovery, security, and database availability.Support OLTP and OLAP environments.Develop and understand T-SQL and database automation/scripts.Support on-premises to cloud database migrations and cloud database environments.Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled database operations.Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve complex database issues. Key Skills6–8+ years of DBA experience.Expert-level SQL Server administration.Azure/AWS certification mandatory.Experience with cloud database platforms and migrations.Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.Strong understanding of database security, backup, and recovery.Exposure to MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, or Cosmos DB is a plus.Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and teamwork skills.
