Dealer Network Manager / Regional Manager* | *New Mobility Insurance Subsidiary (Finland) Are you a proactive commercial driver with deep roots in automotive sales, dealership management, or Finance & Insurance? A to-be established Finnish subsidiary of a world-leading global automotive and mobility corporation is seeking a founding *Dealer Network / Regional Sales Manager* to join its core launch team. In this role, you will be the primary commercial engine in the field, empowering dealership teams across Finland to seamlessly integrate specialized insurance and mobility solutions into every customer journey.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • *Dealer Coaching & Enablement:* Spend active time on the showroom floor coaching, training, and supporting dealership sales agents and F&I managers.* *Commercial Performance:* Partner directly with dealer principals and sales directors to hit performance targets, optimize commission structures, and elevate financial service penetration.* *Ecosystem Collaboration:* Work closely with importer sales teams and brand finance partners to execute integrated sales drives and digital point-of-sale solutions.* *Field Insights:* Monitor dealer KPIs, analyze market trends, and translate showroom feedback into continuous product and process improvements.

*What You Bring*

  • Strong track record in automotive sales, regional network management, or F&I services.* A high-energy, hands-on mindset—you love being in the field, coaching teams, and turning commercial plans into execution.* Deep understanding of dealership economics, F&I processes, and modern automotive retail workflows.* Professional fluency in Finnish and English.
