You will work at our clients premises at Hisingen. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner / Capacity Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating long-term market and volume forecasts that serve as critical input for our production sites. Your insights will help us anticipate demand, optimize capacity, and stay ahead of market trends. Key Responsibilities Develop long-term market and volume forecasts for various product segments.Monitor overall market and sales volume evolution by segment and product type.Identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights to secure production capacity.Collaborate with production planning and business teams to align forecasts with strategic goals.Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Qualifications Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in forecasting or market analysis.Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
